I think that a lot of lags in the game sre caused cause of the servers... I'm not sure tho, but I live in Europe and I play with Mexicans and Indians , three different continents right? May that be a problem? If it is not ..then you gotta upgrade the servers or something, and I'm saying again, I'm not sure for this that I'm talking about ... But its not bad to mention anything :)

It also lags when someone joins your game, when your drift score finishes, when someone is modded and whilst the ads are playing in game (the ads at the top in the centre while you are playing)
